The final presentation of GEfIL IRP PHASE 2 was held on Saturday, May 11th !
The final presentation of GEfIL IRP PHASE 2 was held on Saturday, May 11th at Takeda Hall, Asano Campus, attended by a total of more than 80 people, including more than 50 students.
This final reporting session is the last class of the GLP-GEfIL program for the students. Every year, we invite our sponsoring companies and foundations to this session, then 8 guests from 4 companies and 2 foundations attended this year.
The session began with greetings and encouragement from Professor Yujin YAGUCHI, Director of the Center for Global Education. After that, the following 13 teams under the 5 thematic fields presented the results of their research and study conducted over a period of about 8 months from AY2023 to AY2024, and many questions and opinions were raised by faculty members and sponsoring companies and foundations during the Q&A session.

During the lunch time, the guests from sponsoring companies and foundations had the opportunity to converse with the students and faculty members.
And between the presentations in the afternoon, Yuri Hayashi, the President of GEfIL ALUMNI GROUP,
poke about the current status of the group's activities and the plan for the future online.
At the end of the session, the guests from the sponsoring companies and foundations gave their comments, then Professor Kensuke FUKUSHI, GLP Implementation Committee Chairperson, was extremely grateful to them, and then rewarded all students.
Many GLP-GEfIL students are scheduled to participate in abroad programs this summer with the support by the sponsoring companies and foundations. We hope that the GLP-GEfIL abroad program will help their deeper learning and experience while they are busy with their job-searching activities and graduate school entrance examinations.
